Reflection 10.3.2011

Before attending class today, I knew little about managerial communication. I want to know more about this topic from materials. After reading, I learned that the communication process has several basic components: sender, encoding, message, receiver, decoding, noise and feedback. I also learned that there are two types of communication: two-way communication and one-way communication. Without a feedback provision, it is known as one-way communication. When communication provides for relatively immediate feedback, it is called two-way communication.
